New BP member from Miami Beach, FL. I want to continue learning!

Hi BP community! 

I am a new member and I wanted to introduce myself. 

I have 20 years of banking and financial industry experience. I have been doing some REI on the side but now I realize I've made some mistakes I could have avoided doing more research, asking more questions. I have more time now and I want to do this better, so I started to look for some sort of training or seminar... without looking too long, I was offered a seminar at the whooping price of $2K to $20K :(

Before doing anything I searched online and I came across the BP community saying: "Stay out of it!!! Save that money for your next deal. You can learn a lot here and for free" :) I loved it! I signed up for the webinars (which I found super insightful) and last Friday I signed up as PRO because I want full use of the calculators and access to older webinars to continue learning about this fascinating industry.

I look forward to interacting with the community and the only thing that I have some trouble now is that there is so much information I don't know what to read next! Any advice from the more seasoned members would be great!
