Nevada lawyer who does warranty related law suits

Asking for help on behalf of a fellow investor - she has multiple properties in the Las Vegas area. Recently she got into AC issues at one of the rentals. The home warranty company sent 3 contractors out but couldn't fix the AC. The tenant threatened to leave, so the owner ended up replacing the AC out of her own pocket.

She wants to sue the warranty company, but couldn't find the right lawyer. Anyone has a lawyer recommendation who has dealt with home warranty type before?
