bringing a buyer with you on your appointment

Big appointments scheduled today! As a new investor, I'm still unsure about the whole process even through tons of research. I was able to get in contact with a very large investor in the area and he wants to sell three properties at once. I have brought my buyer to go with me on the appointment. Has anyone ever done this? Because I am unsure of this, do I bring contracts or does the buyer? And if we get something under contract do I put my name on it or my buyers name? Thanks for any advice!
