Does anyone have experience selling in Delaware City?  Looking at a house to flip, but we were told by an agent that houses in that area don't sell well.  Thoughts?

@Account Closed, homes definitely sell in Del City. If you make it nice and price it right, someone will buy it. It is one of the more affordable areas in NCC. Have your agent send you a list of comps and look at days on market and price adjustments. One thing you will have to pay attention to is about 1/2 od DE City is in a FEMA flood zone so the buyer will need to be comfortable with that and willing to pay the flood insurance. Many buyers who are interested in living near a large body of water should expect to pay for that insurance.
