Are there any Meet ups in Grass Valley/Nevada City?

Hey BP community, I'm curious; are there any RE meet ups currently happening here (Nevada City or Grass valley)? I know my profile says Utah but I divide my time between Utah and California. If there isn't something going on already, would anyone be interested if I start something up? Although I enjoy connecting with folks all around i.e. Sacramento, Reno and Redding, it would also be fun to meet the local crew. Do give a shout out if your interested or if you're around the Nevada City/ Grass Valley area and want to say hello. I know there are tonnes of RE agents and brokers around, I'd love to meet some of you and the private investors, flippers, private money lenders and everyone else too! Cheers.
