If you could do it over again, what would you do different?

Hello BiggerPockets community!

Recently I purchased two single family homes which I plan to re-sell within 1.5 months for a profit. These two homes are my first ever real estate investments. My question is: What advice would you give yourself the first day of your real estate investing career?

@Logan Jorns - it would be go to multi-family sooner. And also house hack/brrr sooner and more frequently.
