New investor in the Philly area

Hello BP, I have made the decision that I want to take action and start RE investing for a number of reasons but the main one being able to spend more time with my family. I am looking at where to invest (location) and am looking to network with anyone who can assist me in reaching my goals and also theirs as well. I have my phone on me all the time and will get alerts with any messages sent to me. I look forward to getting to know everyone and working together in the future. Jason
