I have a house near a university in Pennsylvania. The occupancy I planned on is either 3 or 4. There is a group of 6 that wants to rent the house for the upcoming school year. Am I able to charge additional rent than what it is advertised at for the additional occupancy?

Why should I hire a Public Adjuster?
Public Adjusters handle all communication, negotiation, estimates and appointments with your insurance company. Typically, hiring a Public Adjuster will result in your claim being settled higher and more quickly. Having a Public Adjuster represent you during your insurance claim is no different than having an attorney represent you in court, or a professional athlete hiring an agent.
Let me know how I can assist you. You can reach me at 1-800-809-4302 x116, via email at [email protected] or via direct message on BP. I look forward to assisting you with your property in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey

For renting to college students do you prefer the parents to co-sign the lease or be personal guarantors or some other option?
