Hey BP Family, I have found a deal that cash flows nicely but just found out that the building is a historic building. Is this a deal breaker? The building will need some updates per the listing. I have accounted for 100,000 in updates to be semi conservative. Would you proceed with this deal or look elsewhere and why? Thanks, Jason

Hello BP, I have made the decision that I want to take action and start RE investing for a number of reasons but the main one being able to spend more time with my family. I am looking at where to invest (location) and am looking to network with anyone who can assist me in reaching my goals and also theirs as well.
