Greetings:
We will have a monthly meeting to discuss real estate in the Austin and surrounding areas. This will be held at our normal meeting spot, NXNW Brewery, and a room will be reserved. This is part of an ongoing meetup that will meet every third Thursday of the month at the same location. Going forward we will have speakers present on various topics.
This meeting we have a special guest speaking on his success flipping properties in the Austin and Central Texas Area.
Feature Speaker: Jason Grote
Jason was featured on episode 27 of the BiggerPockets podcast, is a author of several articles on the BiggerPockets site and has established himself as one the more active investors in the area. Not only is Jason a devoted family man he is generous in his time helping other investors whether new and starting out or experienced and seeking help on more complicated deals.
