Looking for Property Manager in Tyler Texas

I'm in the process of closing on two houses in Tyler, Texas. One is currently rented and tenant wants to stay the 2nd property is vacant. Does anyone know of a good Property management company in the East Texas area that they would recommend? Interesting enough the rented property tenant is not on a lease and pays weekly. I have no clue how to transition this tenant being that I'm out of state. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
