Finally closing on a 3 unit family in Newburgh, NY. Looking to expand to the Connecticut market in the future. Any advice?

Always good to be an expert in one market.
Also your spreading yourself a little thin. One of the things I try to do Is leverage relationships with realtors, contractors, bankers etc. little tough to do that in two markets and be the best in both.
