New investor in the Indianapolis area

Hey guys, my name is Ben Minnich, I’m 22 years old and I’m a new investor living in the Indianapolis area! I’m looking to make new connections with other investors and real estate agents in the area! I don’t have any experience but I’m very eager to learn as much as I possibly can! I’ve read real estate investing books and I also listen to the BP podcasts! Just looking to start my investing career with wholesaling and then with some experience, move into buy and hold multifamily and flipping single family homes!
