Join the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group at its new location (North Hills Country Club, 99 Station Avenue in Glenside) on April 26. The monthly general meeting features a discussion from Gene Guarino from Residential Assisted Living Academy.

I have the same question, I understand Nursing Homes have a process when they run into that situation, curious to know how a RAL facility deals with it and Im sure it varies between States. I'll PM you when I learn more about it.
Im still a beginner in RE, been doing it for a little over 2 years have several properties in NC I also have a full-time corp job. My GF will be joining me at workshop, she has a strong medical background & has even worked in a Nursing Home for close to a year. I mentioned to her RAL & she was very interested in it. Working at a Nursing Home she feels theres a need for better options. If we like the workshop we might consider the 3 day class in Phoenix..
