Real Estate investing for young adults.
Hello All,
Im interested in hosting some classes/seminars to young adults about real estate investing and becoming involved in the housing market. Obvious key ideas would be general real estate, investing, financing, and all that comes with what we all do day to day. Being a young adult myself, i feel as if the knowledge is out there its just not seemed attainable for some. Mainly Im looking for some more ideas on what should be taught and if you have heard of this being done before for young adults. I would love to teach the idea of philanthropy and also show them that besides money, there is a ton good to come from real estate. Thanks in advance for feedback.

I actually believe that personal finance should be mandatory coursework for high school AND I think it should be one of the pre-requisites for college.
