New investor in south jersey area
Hello everyone, I live in Mays Landing NJ and currently own two properties. One rental and one personal home that will become a rental. I bought my first property in October so I’m still learning a lot but BP has greatly helped. Anyone else investing in the south jersey area on here? And if so what have your experiences been?

Hey Mike. Lots of people on BP that invest in South Jersey! We also have monthly BP meet ups (sadly I usually miss these). @Justin Eaton runs them and they’ve been great times to learn and get boots on the ground stories.
