Looking to buy a multiplex in Columbus Ohio

Hello everyone,

I’m looking to buy my first investment property, I’m interested on a duplex to live in one side and rent the other one.

I have been searching properties since November on the market but either they don’t fit my needs or they get in contract really quick.

With that said I’m trying to connect with people that may have off market properties to make a deal.
