Best areas for small Cottage close to UNC Asheville?

My wife and I are relocating, have found a lovely home for ourselves, just received the home inspection...

Aside from some minor to moderate issues...

Polybutylene piping is in the home...

House is approx 2,200 sq. feet...

Assuming we can come to a meeting of the mind with other issues, what do you feel cost to remediate this plumbing?
