Pittsburgh PA Flip... Northside Project... Before and After pics

Here's another Flip, we teamed up with Liz Kazeva and PGH Property Buyer with this one on the North Side of Pittsburgh. Purchase was $23,500, Rehab was $41,000, and it's currently under contract @ $105,000. Multiple offers the first day on market. We had our challenges getting the LVL delivered as the truck couldn't make the turn. It was a tight squeeze setting up pump jacks to install siding, but we made it work.
