New from Shrewsbury, MA / Interested in Worcester, MA

My trade is an automotive mechanic, but I am interested in switching gears to real estate. My primary residence is in Shrewsbury, MA and I would like to purchase a 2-4 unit multifamily in Worcester, MA as an investment property. I found BP through a Google search and have been digesting information non-stop ever since. The podcasts are especially packed full of info. I do not have a particular property chosen as of yet, but I know I want Worcester, MA. I am looking forward to networking with other local investors.

Welcome @Adam Duffy ! I bought an off-market 3-family on an FHA loan, moved into the second unit and have been upgrading it over the last year. Looking to refinance soon, cash out, rinse & repeat! They're hard to find for the right price, but they're out there.
