Just started reading Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene! Hopefully it gives some insight into how major players in the game invest in hot markets currently. I’d be interested to see how David explains how to start in specific areas in the country and maybe some more practical advice then just go out and do it and all of the motivational fluff.
