Hi All,

Just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself.  My name is Przemek and I am a newbie just getting into multifamily investing.  I am based out of Orange County, New York and that is where I am hoping to start off.  I am in the process of closing on a 2 unit rental (fingers crossed!).  Previously, I owned a co-op apartment in New York City that I rented for 3 years and currently have an apartment on our property that we have been renting for 3+ years.

Privately, I have a degree in accounting and work in finance dealing with securitizations (not the mortgage kind) and was hoping to use that as foundation to start a multifamily venture.  Have been a big fan of the BP Podcasts for a few months now and decided it would be a good idea to join the forum.

Near term goal: hoping to digest as much of the material on BP as I can and network.  Let the journey begin..  :)
