Newbie from Santa Monica, California

Hi All,

My name is Tiffany and I live in Santa Monica, California. Currently, I work as a marketing manager for an entertainment company, but I'm really looking to move into real estate in the future. I've always had an interest in real estate (specifically multi-family) and was lucky enough to come across this site. The podcast has been really eye opening. I never thought I'd be able to afford anything, especially with how expensive things are these days. But after listening to many Bigger Pockets podcast episodes, I'm starting to think it's a possibility.

On my own, I'm working on getting my real estate license. I'd love to become a real estate agent and then eventually move into investing. I'm hoping this site and the people I meet here will help give me the knowledge and confidence to accomplish this.
