SF/Multifamily Investing in Cincinnati, OH

I am looking to begin investing in small multifamily properties in the Cincinnati area and am looking for a realtor to begin my search process. I have several properties in Lexington, so am not totally new to the game but need someone who is knowledgeable, connected, available, experienced, willing to teach, and looking to build a long lasting relationship in real estate.
