New to the game in Wyoming.

Hello All,

My name is Ben and I am an aspiring investor. I am in a VERY small market and that is making it difficult to get started and similarly difficult to connect other investors. Almost all rental properties in town at owned by 3 or 4 people and they view anyone new to the game as competition, so I am here to connect with other investors. I have read many books on property investing, listened to the podcast and watch sever webinars. I am very excited to get started and would appreciate any advice or guidance.
