Where to find Equity Partners For RV Parks?
Hi Everyone,
I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Yissell Torres, based out of Texas. I am newer to BP. I have always been fascinated by real estate investing. I have 13 years experience of flipping houses and owning rentals. But I want to get into the RV park business. I live near Austin, TX and have acquired a property, perfect for this business model. I am at the end stages of finalizing all the permitting and engineering designs.
Now I want to look for equity partners. I am very new to the concept of equity partnership and the pros and cons out there.
Does anyone know, how to find equity partners interested in this type of venture? And the language that needs to be in the contracts?
Anyone have experience using or finding equity partners, and the preparation to start this type of transaction.

if you bring strangers together in an investment your creating a security and as such you should contact a securities attorney .. usually 10k or so for the documents you are asking about.
