HELOC on Investment Property - Georgia
Hi everyone,
I am looking to get a HELOC on my first rental. However, I have called over 20 banks/credit unions and none of them offer a HELOC on a rental property except Wells Fargo. Has anyone found any banks that offer these or does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!

(Local Bank)
Wells Fargo
Union Bank
US Bank
Boeing Employee Credit Union
GTE Financial Credit Union
Bank of the west
First American Bank
First Midwest Bank
Don't know which will apply to your state but may be worth the few more call to find out, happy hunting :)
