Hi All,

I'm Greg and I am a new investor from Chino Hills, CA. I have been on this site for the past several months, but realized I never introduced myself. My focus is buy and hold in Indianapolis and I currently own two duplexes out there and just closed on the second one this week. My goal is to continue to grow my portfolio using the BRRRR strategy on small multifamily and possibly single family over the next few years, then eventually move into apartment complexes.

I look forward to connecting with other members here and being active in the forums.
