Anyone have experience with Oracle Loans, Ft. LEE NJ?

I'm looking for a small ($15.000) business line of credit to finance extraneous expenses on 2 fix-an-flips I'm starting. I found a website for Oracle loans in Ft. Lee, NY. They don't appear to request an upfront application fee, which, for me, is a deal-killer with many private lenders. They seem to offer a useful product at good rates, but I found a couple of typos on their website. That isn't a problem for most people, but I supplement my cash flow with professional writing. I proof-read everything (taking this to an extreme, I found a typo in the ingredients list on a bottle of laundry soap this past weekend).

I will probably apply, but I'm curious if anyone has any experience with them.  Thanks
