Raheem, you have made two very low effort posts.  No offense, but you haven't shown any get-up-and-go.  You're going to reap what you sow.  I think @Josue Velne (these @ tags often don't work) gave you the best advise your going to get.  Show some effort.  Find a deal.

@Raheem Coleman you should find a great deal and bring it to a seasoned investor. Tell the investor you will let him in on the deal if you can watch everything he or she does. On the job training is very effective!!

Being new to this myself I don’t have the same authority to give advice as others do here, but for me I found the cheapest foreclosure that was structurally sound in a DECENT, not bad neighborhood, and budgeted high for anything that could go wrong. Just jumped into it and learned along the way. Learned so much from my mistakes, and can work with contractors much better now that I know what to look for and how renovations work inside and out. Take the advice and use the systems in the books and podcast and forums because if you just wing it you’ll get screwed. Like they say you won’t get rich your first deal, so I figured if I made a small profit, it was a job while in school and hands on experience for a small paycheck was basically free education. Even if I break even on the first deal it’s just the beginning of learning the process. Don’t plan for simply breaking even though.

There are too many aspects for one to list in a single post.  But a good start would be by getting a team in place, or find a deal that you know you can add value to and sell for a profit.

1. Find ways to find discounted properties. Do this through a great realtor who has connections. Also, go on craigslist to find wholesalers. Be specific with your wholesalers on where youre looking to invest, they will do the leg work with finding motivated sellers and will give you leads.

2. Connect with a GC and see how they do it. You can hire a GC, or be prepared to get insurance and a builders license to get the work done yourself. This will get you into what you will have to do when you acquire a property.

3. All in the meantime, be specific about how youre going to execute. Detail oriented. Youtube everything and everything about flipping. This will tell you how to fix for the neighborhood, acquisition cost, things like that.

Also need to find money, network network network.
