New to Minneapolis & Saint Paul!

Hey Everyone! 

I moved to Minneapolis about a year and half ago but only joined BP last December after I heard about it through my brother. Since then I've been educating myself through numerous books and podcasts. I'm looking to get my foot in the REI world by house hacking a MF this year and plan to continue on the MF buy and hold path. I'm starting to attend more meet ups in the area so hopefully I'll see some of you there!

Question for discussion: If I'm interested in getting more experience on the rehab process (replacing carpets/hardwood floors/tiles, drywall, or other general kitchen/bathroom maintenance), would current investors doing a rehab be interested in having an additional helping hand for free?
