🧐Property manager hanging up the phone on potential buyers

Found a amazing cash flowing 14 unit on loopnet. This property is in the perfect locationđŸ€€ "great neighborhood",lots of drive through traffic, it sits right on a corner of a busy 4-way traffic light intersectionđŸ€€đŸšŠâž•âœ… the location honestly couldn't get any betterđŸ€€ . Just so happened to ran into the maintenance guy when I was checking out the property and he let me do a walk through in one of the units being cleaned. He had a good bit of information to share, knew a lot about the apartment. Just so happens the actual investor lives in Colorado and his property manager takes care of everything just like a property manager should. I've done my quick dirty analysis based on the information provided on loopnet, all I need now is actual facts to make sure all of the information provided is based on reality. I've been trying to call every day to set up a meeting .. every time I call she will answer "hello" I'll get a couple words out telling her I'm investor very interested in the property and then she hangs up on me. If i try to to call back she hits the ignore button. . My theory is she's afraid she's going to lose her job if the property sells to another investor. If My theory is right she most definitely would lose her job if I was to take over the property 😂. It's pretty much common sense because if the property wasn't for sale anymore or has already sold it would be a very easy conversation. like "sorry the property isn't available anymore have a good day" . Anyways what r y'alls thought on this .how can I get ahold of the actual property investor?

@Ty Ottaberry  if the property is listed on loopnet, why don’t you call the listed agent directly? He/she will provide you all the income/expense info.
