9 years in Property management: Privatized Military Housing, Conventional Multi Family, and currently Ops Director for a large national SFR Reit. I just started my own portfolio last year and looking to add 5 more units to the 3 I obtained last year. I would also like to pursue a small multi family venture if that can get the doors in one clip. I have very good experience in triaging operations and shifting asset classes in order to maximize return. I have strong operational skills in all facets of property management.
My biggest need is a deal facilitator and Capital.
