What time does real estate investor wake up?

Question

since your your own boss, what time do you usually wake up?

I usually wake up around 9am. First thing I do is check stock market & Twitter  for 25min lol

I'll let you know when I go to bed.  Seriously, I operate on a 24 hour, global timeline...so it varies since I can be on the phone at 3am oversees.

Usually up by 8am and going non-stop till 8-9pm.

Having a solid morning routing and evening routine is critical. Bookend your day well and you will see change and growth.

My morning routine:

4:50am - UP and at em!

5:00am - Map out my day with my planner + prayer

5:30am - MOVE THE BODY (usually a 30-45 minute workout)

6:15am - Breakfast + kids ready

7:30am - Drop kids at school

8:15am - Start the workday

I do this every single day, even on Saturdays and Sundays.

Take it or leave it! But, I saw massive growth when I developed solid habits and maintained consistency each and every day, whether I feel like it or not.

This is modified on vacation, but all the things listed (other than kids + school) happen.
