@Garret Adkins I invest in the Huntington/Ashland area. I have 7 SFHs right now. Still small time but getting it going. Feel free to send me a PM. I probably know the wholesaler you are referring to. Lots of good people in the area. Charleston is also a good market if you know the area, just a little to far for me right now. I will definitely start buying in that area if my local area dries up though.
