Creating a Scope of Work for BRRRR Investing

Hello Investors, 

I am looking for my first BRRRR project in the Pottstown, Pennsylvania area. I have never put together a scope of work to give to a contractor to quote. Does anyone out there have an example they could provide of what a good scope of work should look like?
