Cabin rentals. Anyone have experience in this?
Interested in hearing from anyone that has bought or developed cabin rentals on wooded lots. Hoping someone on BP has some insight into this area of rentals. Ohio West Virginia Tennessee

I think you would do much better to find existing properties that are under market that need a little TLC than building new.
