Licensed Contractor Looking to Connect & Partner on Deals

Hi everybody. This is my first post, but I have been following BP for a while now.  I started my career in the logistics corporate world... but for as long as I can remember I have watched real estate, analyzed deals, and admired other people's forced appreciation.  In the middle of 2018 I took the jump and became self-employed as a real estate investor. My focus is currently in the buy-rehab-sell space, primarily in SE & SW Atlanta.
