Looking to invest in the maryland area.

Just looking for a few tips on if the bladensburg, hyattsville, silver spring, Gaithursburg, temple hills and or the montgomery village areas are good places to invest in. Thank you in advance.

All good, all very different. You can be anywhere in those area from A+ all the way down to F- areas/properties. Silver Spring, Rockville and DC are my preferred areas. Low to mid $400s SFH in Rockville/Silver Spring that I can rent for $2600-$3000 is my property type of choice.
