Hello,

Looking for a cash purchase on a multi unit deal and need to close in 2 weeks. DD is done and dont have time for regular financing (although eligible).

So Is there anybody in lending business that does "no Income verification, verified assets" based lending with no more than 6% pa and 1 pt max? If Yes, would like to talk.

While, I have stated my need - I know the chances may be thin, but dont want to stop trying and ask !.

(Therefore not looking for any -ve comments, but anyone who can show the way and can help to achieve this- are welcome to discuss and share leads).

Thank you all.

Nope only person do this is parents or relatives realistically.. most HML their cost of capital is what you want to pay for it ..

I get bank rates and today those are 6 to 6.5 with 1%  but this is full doc bank rate loans.. HM is going to be more. and if your experience is less than 10 deals in a year you can plan on well over 10% and 2 points or so.
