Potential Renovations in Hyattsville/Mt. Rainier
Hello! This is a repeat my first post to the Maryland discussion, but I think DC might be better for this question. I am ready to move closer to the city and I am having a difficult time finding something in my target areas of Hyattsville (near Arts District) or Mt. Rainier. I would love a bungalow and I am considering a renovation, but I am not seeing much on Zillow, Redfin and the like. Any suggestions on how to find a 3 bdr/2ba outside of traditional channels? I think I have a good lead on someone to oversee the renovation, but I'm open to suggestions there as well. Thank you!
