Hello. I am seeking an experienced investor (or a realtor to help sell) for a rental property in the Auburn Gresham Area near Foster Park . There is currently a tenant (Section 8 ). We would like to sell soon, as we are shifting our business and investment interests elsewhere. I appreciate any recommendations/referrals.

@Jack Seiden May I ask what areas you consider walkable and affordable in PG/MoCo? I've lived in both and would love to consider investing in a walkable, up and coming community. Especially in Prince George's. Thanks!

Thank you for the advice! I am actually looking for a place to live, so it's even more challenging. I've definitely seen how the prices are high for renovated properties, which led me to think why not do it myself and just stay and keep the equity in my pocket. My original plan was one of the townhomes in the Arts District, but those prices have crept up as well.

I am definitely open to door knocking...I appreciate any other tactics you can suggest!

I am ready to move closer to the city and I am having a difficult time finding something in my target areas of Hyattsville (near Arts District) or Mt. Rainier. I would love a bungalow and I am considering a renovation, but I am not seeing much on Zillow, Redfin and the like. Any suggestions on how to find a 3 bdr/2ba outside of traditional channels? I think I have a good lead on someone to oversee the renovation, but I'm open to suggestions there as well. Thank you!
