Looking for a contractor and a new PM in Cleveland

Hi BPers,

I am an out of state investor recently purchased 2 SFH in Parma. Will be visiting Cleveland 5th-10th next month. But staying at Westlake though.

My first objective is to find someone to fix up both properties and get them rent ready. I got them through auction website. Quite some work expected.

Second is to change a PM company coz I am not really happy with my current one. Help!
