fix and flip property, Seller need cash buyer
seller wants to sell their property a 3bed and 2 bath, 1770 sq ft for $400,000. i've run the number's and analyze the property. an average house sold at this area$651,000, $381/sq ft with similar property in past year. renovation cost $25,000 with cosmetec, kitchen and bath.
i need help to find cash to buy this property ASAP! its located in seattle, WA

@Jake Lemke @Mark Yesa Depending on the neighborhood in Seattle I could be interested and could go cash. That would be wholesale as well though Mark, it takes a lot more than a forum post to get me comfy enough to partner up or make a hard money loan :D.
