Wholesalers in/around Dayton, OH

I'm looking for wholesalers working in the Dayton, OH market. Mainly looking for MF but will entertain SFR, as well. Wanting to focus on the area south/east of the river, or up towards Springfield. I'm looking for fixer-upper properties, not turn key units. I am focusing on BRRRR investing, so the numbers are important. If you have anything available, please let me know. Thanks.
