New Member from Laughlin/ Bullhead City NV/AZ

Good day to all, thanks for sharing all the info I have gained thus far. I'm excited to be a member of Bigger Pockets; because that's exactly what I intend to require; "bigger" pockets -to hold all of the cash I plan on making after I learn all I can absorb from the Bigger Pocket gurus and financial savvy people, I plan to network  with and meet along the way!  I'm  honest and  extremely creative and very resourceful. I'm a current university student studying for my Bachelors in Business management/marketing and I graduate in 6 months; I want to hit the ground running. I have lived in this area right on the Colorado River in Bullhead City  AZ (just 5 miles and across a bridge from Laughlin Nevada, for 30 years... so I know a lot of people and come across property deals all  the time. Property deals here are booming!  (its a little hot here, like death valley hot... but the river and casinos are a big draw for the snow bird population and tourism is crazy here. This is a potential goldmine for investing so I'm ready to learn all I can to avoid getting swallowed up by the big fish. I know that's what could  happen if I don't spend the time to learn all I can. I'm an integrity driven person and those that aren't so honest, see my trusting nature coming a mile away,  so I want to be on my toes to avoid those pitfalls, while being fair in my success with others!
