How do I estimate property taxes?

I’m doing a property analysis and I want to know how can you get a good estimate on property taxes?

I know that Zillow, Realtor, and listing services have estimates on their tools but they tend to be a few years old.

Should I just use those numbers or how can I get a better estimate?

property taxes are public record and can be looked up online from each city. zillow should have accurate numbers that aren't more than 1 year old.

the better question is how to estimate changes in property taxes. for example my first place in philly was 1100/yr. a few years later it went to 1500, the next year 2000, and this year 4000!
