I am from Ohio and I love this state! My company invests in Stark County, OH, we focus on fix/flips and buy/holds. 

Do you invest in Ohio too? If so where at and what do you find most attractive about the market you are in?

@Sara Reeder Our landlord/tenant laws are pretty in favor of the landlord. What have you heard that is bad?

@Angelo Mart Yes I get a lot of out-of-state investors that are interested in investing in the Columbus, Ohio market for those reasons.
