Would like to hear from you all experienceday landlords.

When you are looking for a tenant what are you looking that the credit report should be?

For the example if they have a late payments on a credit card, a problem with their car payments due to burglary, etc. What are your guidelines when to accept and when not?

I don't typically look at their credit score, instead I try and see their history of paying bills. If they have constant late payments on cell phones, credit cards, etc... and a lot of open accounts I tend to think they aren't very good with their finances. If they have previous lates during a certain period of time that coincides with a hardship I will typically overlook that.
