Options for funding a 16 unit RV/Boat Storage Facility.

I recently came into possession of some C2 land in Bullhead City, AZ. The land is vacant, in a growing community, and happens to be the only commercial lot within a few blocks. I have the intention of building an 8 unit boat/rv storage building with an attached office; and later scaling up to more units. The area sits along the Colorado River, and boarders Lake Mohave; I feel that there is a large demand for boat/rv storage.

What options do I have to finance something like this; specifically, what type of loan should I look for?

Side note: Found out about Bigger Pockets on Youtube, love all the vids!
